City Wine Shop - Supervisor

City Wine Shop is currently searching for a supervisor to help lead our busy Wine Shop. Ideally candidates will have 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a fast-paced restaurant or wine bar environment.

We are looking for someone whose work is always driven by giving our guests the best possible experience, underpinned by passion, initiative and attention to detail.

The successful candidate will have:
- The ability to lead, control and direct staff on busy shifts
- Experience with writing rosters
- Knowledge and experience with serving and selling local and European wines
- WSET 3 certification or Court of Master Sommeliers Certified level preferred but not essential
- Flexible to work across a 7 day roster
- 4 x evening closes
- Reconciliation of tills
- Coffee making skills
