Sommeliers Australia Annual Ball 2009

Venue: Ormond Hall, MelbourneOur official "night-of-nights" the annual ball is a great opportunity to catch up with everyone, eat the dishes of some of our most outstanding Chefs, drink impeccable wine, find out the Dux of the Sommeliers Australia Education Course and, naturally, have a shed load of fun.
This is our major fundraising event and in 2009 the event saw three first class Chefs serve up some excellent fare, featuring dishes from
Ian Curley [The European],
Dylan Roberts [St Jude's Cellars] and
Michael Ryan [Provenance], with cheese from Calendar Cheese Company and wine from Larmandier Bernier, Clos Clare, Kumeu River Estate, Dominique Portet, Crittenden, Shaw & Smith, Pittnauer, Woodside Valley Estate and Ch Guiraud Dauphin.
